ATTENTION!

After a great 7-year run, this web site has moved to a site that was created with a clean sheet of paper -- as that offered an upgrade path to even more features for our members. All new posting to this site closes at 12:01AM 11/5/08. However, this site will remain up for reference until the end of the year. It is a simple process for members to copy their favorite posts from the old site to the new site.

You will find the new site at: www.MoparStyle.com

The new Forums are at: www.MoParStyle.com/forums

The new Free Classified Ads are at: www.MoparStyle.com/classifiedads

This entire domain along with it's applications licenses, art work, data, member roster, sponsors, etc. is available for purchase by a qualifying individual, group of individuals, club, or Mopar orientated business until the end of the year. If there is not reasonable interest at that time -- the site will be wiped from the Internet and the domain forwarded to the new site.

ATTENTION Nostalgia Super Stock Racers

Click here to head over to the new NSS-Monster forum. It made more since to host it on a Multi-Make forum (that included Ford and General Motors) than to keep it with a Mopar forum. Registration from this old forum did not transfer to the new forum -- and so members will need to take the three minutes to re-register at the new sites.

Be sure to bookmark the new sites.

Description: Only 61 440 SIX PACK 4spd, Challenger R/T Convertibles were created by Mother Mopar in 1970. This one has been examined by Galen Govier and confirmed to possess its numbers matching original engine and transmission and all body numbers correspond with the VIN. The original fender tag tells the story of a rare and desireably optioned automobile.

'E87' 390hp 440SIX PACK engine is backed up by the 'D21' A833 4spd Transmission. Her body is finished in Hi-Impact 'EK2' Vitamin C paint, 'H6XW' High Grade Bucket Seat White and Black Trim, a 'V3W' White onvertible Top, and a 'V6W' White Sport Stripe. Other remarkable options include 'A33' Dana 60 Track Pack w/ street friendly 3.54 rear gears, 'A62' Rallye Instrument Cluster, 'C16' Console w/ Woodgrain Panel, 'N41' Dual Exhaust, 'N42 Exhaust Tips, 'N85' 8000 RPM Tach, and 26" inch radiator.

She also sports a original equippment Shaker Hood Fresh Air Hood Assembly. This car was restored during the seller's ownership. Looking carefully in the engine bay, underbody, interior, and trunk, concours details abound. Rowing through the gears is as gratifying an experience as she is to look at. If you want "Hemi" exclusivity without paying the "Hemi" inflation, this car stands alone as fine example of Mopar Power.

I have personally viewed, photographed, and driven this vehicle. A full compliment of photos and inspection information are available upon request.
