ATTENTION!

After a great 7-year run, this web site has moved to a site that was created with a clean sheet of paper -- as that offered an upgrade path to even more features for our members. All new posting to this site closes at 12:01AM 11/5/08. However, this site will remain up for reference until the end of the year. It is a simple process for members to copy their favorite posts from the old site to the new site.

You will find the new site at: www.MoparStyle.com

The new Forums are at: www.MoParStyle.com/forums

The new Free Classified Ads are at: www.MoparStyle.com/classifiedads

This entire domain along with it's applications licenses, art work, data, member roster, sponsors, etc. is available for purchase by a qualifying individual, group of individuals, club, or Mopar orientated business until the end of the year. If there is not reasonable interest at that time -- the site will be wiped from the Internet and the domain forwarded to the new site.

ATTENTION Nostalgia Super Stock Racers

Click here to head over to the new NSS-Monster forum. It made more since to host it on a Multi-Make forum (that included Ford and General Motors) than to keep it with a Mopar forum. Registration from this old forum did not transfer to the new forum -- and so members will need to take the three minutes to re-register at the new sites.

Be sure to bookmark the new sites.

supersize

Description: Selling due to health reasons.
Clear Missouri Title and it was inspected in 2007 and driven
1965 Plymouth Fury 2 dr HDT Light blue in color with a blue interior. Bench seats and column shift.

383 CI 4 BBL CARB
Automatic transmission

Pluses:
Nearly new tires.
Chrome wheels\baby moons.
Fresh brake job and they stop as well as drum brakes can.
Fresh valve Job over 600.00 invested: new hard seats installed and all new stainless valves, it will run on regular pump gas.
New exhaust.
Radio is good and works.
Cigarette lighter works
Heater works well.
It is an A\C car and all the parts are there. I had to un-hook the lines when the heads were recently rebuilt so they need re-hooked up and the system charged.

The only bad rust in the body is in the lower part of the rear quarter panels
The car runs and drives very well for its age. And was on the road last fall.
All the glass is good.
All the emblems and chrome is still on it.
The last time I looked at the car there were no runst in the rockers or lower front fenders or cowl areas.
The interior chrome is in real nice shape. Some very lire surface rust in places but nothing that won`t clean up with chrome cleaner.
Interior shows some wear but is not torn out.
I stil have the factory wheels and hub caps that go with it

Minuses
The body has some rust in the rear quarters and needs about 3 inches of a skin welded on. I have the skins for both rear quarters and they have way more material than is need to repair the rusted areas.
Drivers hinge: one of the hinges needs lubed or the pins replaced, it makes a noise when opening or closing. The door does still open and close very well though.
The windows are a little tight when rolling up and down due to them not being used very often, They just probably need some lube.

Due to failing health and an on going increase in medicins we have been forced to drop the insurance on this vehicle. Our state requires insurance before a vehicle can be driven on the roads. Our problems are only going to worsen so theres no sense in letting this great mopar just sit when some one could be enjoying it. If your looking for a car that you can enjoy with out having to drop a load of cash in it, then this one is for you. This car has all the possibilitys in the word. You can be driving it now while your tinkering with it. And lets don`t forget how the mopars are holding a better value than any of the other muscle cars out there.
The price is $7600.00 Any one interested can cal me 573-762-3557 or e-mail me at edbonnie@embarqmail.com

This car is sold as is no warranty written or implied.

And the fuzzy dice stay they are not in the deal.
